In May 2022, we implemented a decarbonization strategy, which we have been consistently executing.

The project aims to reduce gas consumption in favour of hydrogen. Hydrogen will replace up to 15% of gas.

We plan to purchase and operate a 0.6 MW hydroelectric power plant. We plan to build and comission a new 2.2-MW hydroelectric power plant.

Completed photovoltaic installation on the roof of warehouse halls with a capacity of up to 2MW.

Commissioning of a high-efficiency CHP (Combined Heat and Power) plant of up to 2 MW

An innovative workshop for students opens doors for future technology leaders. Trend Glass Academy is more than a workshop: it is a space where we mould the skills of the future, preparing high school and college students to enter the rapidly changing labour market with the necessary competences.

The street run is one of the events organised as part of the commemoration of successive anniversaries of the Radom Workers’ Protest.

Every year we join in the Pink October and Movember campaigns. We carry out initiatives among our employees to promote awareness of preventive examinations. Pink and blue glasses are donated to the patients of the Radom Oncology Centre.

We organise activities for children at risk of social maladjustment and marginalisation. We provide opportunities to learn about different professions, skills and jobs.
